Mission

At the 100th anniversary of our Republic, we will be one of the forthcoming countries among which export software and software value-added technological products, and maintain and continuously improve our position all the time. And to make software sector one of the strongest driving force sectors that fuels our economy.

Vision

In the short term, to satisfy almost all software needs of our country with domestic products, and create incentives for innovations and creative efforts, manage institutionalization, improve the quality and competitive force, and reach a billion USD software export volume annually by the year of 2015.

In the mid term, to work hard and incessantly in order to transform our member companies to globally recognized companies and to develop a fruitful cooperation and synergy amongst the global companies and our country’s advantages, to be within the first fifth rank in exporter sectors in our country by the year of 2023.
